The Sound Explosion Records was founded in March 2006 by Ojai. He decided to create this label aiming to make music different from most of today's market, with the philosophy "creativity comes first".The Label is focused on Vocal/Soulful/Melodic/Funky/Disco - House,Progressive, Latin /Hip - Hop, and Experimental Dance Music.

25 June 2009 Following the lead of Noveo Radio, now XLTRAX, a popular station from Quebec, has added Mr. Shy to their rotation. "Crossed the Atlantic",Remixed By Ojai, is rapidly becoming a fan favorite for its distinct and infectious sound.
